Ever get caught in the street in a downpour without an umbrella? Looked out the window of your favourite shop to see that the skies have opened while you were browsing?
Starting this week, look for orange courtesy umbrellas provided by the Downtown Maple Ridge BIA and sponsors Fuller Watson, Connect Hearing, Vancity, Sunwood, Armada Mortgage and Partners in Health.
These bright orange umbrellas will be available to borrow from participating Downtown Maple Ridge businesses at no cost.
Just return to ANY participating business when you’re done with it, so it’s ready for the next borrower’s use.

Recently the BC Ministry for Small Business in collaboration with several partners have launched the Micro Business Training project whereby you can access up to $1500 worth of world class training (provided you meet the criteria) to help you in your small business.
